BuildCheap is an AI app builder that turns your prompts into working software, running each build in a live sandbox and helping you ship it. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean BuildCheap; "you" means the person or entity using the Service.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use BuildCheap on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

AI work on BuildCheap is metered in credits. Generating files, fixing errors, and iterating on your feedback each consume credits based on the underlying model usage. Free accounts receive a limited daily allowance; paid plans include a monthly credit allowance described on our pricing page.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and — except where required by law — are non-refundable. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the original content and code you create using the Service. On paid plans you may export your source and deploy it elsewhere.

You are solely responsible for the apps you build and ship — including their content, their compliance with applicable laws, and any data they collect. You must not use BuildCheap to build or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to break or circumvent security or rate limits, reverse-engineering the Service, reselling access without authorization, using the Service to generate malware or spam, or infringing the rights of others.

You must not build, publish or host content that is sexually explicit or pornographic, sexualizes minors, promotes violence, self-harm or illegal drugs, harasses or impersonates others, or is designed for phishing, fraud or scams. This applies to everything published to a buildcheap.host address, including sites published through ChatGPT, Claude or other connectors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service, other users, or third parties at risk.

Sites on buildcheap.host are published by our users, not by BuildCheap. We do not review sites before they go live, but we may remove any site that breaks these Terms, without notice.

To report a site, email hello@buildcheap.app with its buildcheap.host URL and what is wrong with it. We review reports within one business day and take down sites that break these Terms. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access to paid features until then.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the fees you incur. Taxes may be added where applicable.

The Service itself — including our software, branding, and content we provide — is owned by BuildCheap and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other brand features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildCheap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
