Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.

Content you provide: the prompts you write, the files and apps you build, and any feedback you give the AI agent so it can iterate on your work.

Billing information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage and device data: logs, credit consumption, IP address, browser type, and similar technical information collected automatically as you use the Service.

We use your information to operate and improve the Service — running your builds, metering credits, providing support, processing payments, securing the platform, and communicating with you about your account.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand how the Service is used and to make it better. We do not sell your personal information.

To generate and iterate on your apps, your prompts and relevant project content are sent to the AI model providers that power BuildCheap (for example, Claude). These providers process the data to return results and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments.

We do not use your private project content to train our own models, and we work with providers that offer comparable protections for the content you send.

We share information only with service providers that help us run BuildCheap — such as hosting, sandbox, AI model, and payment providers — and only as needed to deliver the Service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your projects, and you can request deletion of your account at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

BuildCheap is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
